As a child I endured verbal and emotional abuse. This too builds good and bad walls as an adult.

Therapy has helped me understand many of these past traumas.

Those lessons became the foundation of the woman I have become.

Throughout my life, I have navigated both extraordinary successes and deeply personal challenges. I’ve built businesses, served my community, and spent years helping others discover their own potential.

Yet life also brought devastating challenges.

In 2021, I faced a breast cancer diagnosis. I am now in remission and grateful for my health, the emotional impact of that journey transformed my life, relationships, and personal well-being.

Then came one of the most difficult chapters of my entire life.

In 2025, I experienced the loss of my beloved mother and the end of my marriage in the same year. Two life-altering losses that shook my world and challenged everything I thought I knew about myself, security, and love.

But through loss, I discovered something powerful:

Healing does not mean forgetting.
Healing means learning to carry your experiences with grace while continuing to move forward.

Through self-love practices, personal development, manifestation work, coaching, community support, and faith in life's possibilities, I found my way back home.

Today, I am passionate about helping others do the same.

For years, I have coached individuals through life transitions, personal growth, confidence building, relationships, grief, self-discovery and many more conflicts. I’m active in coaching circles and community conversations in Homestead and Miami where I continue to support others on their personal growth journey.
